Brazeal, Sarah E. Findley – Obituary

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday in Webb Funeral Home at Lindsay for Mrs. Sarah Brazeal, 70, a former resident of Porterville and a member of the Porterville Freewill Baptist Church. She died Friday [November 27, 1970]. She leaves her husband, Fred, of Lindsay; two daughters, Mrs. Erma Ryan of Lindsay and Mrs. LaVerne Hughes of Porterville; a nephew, William D. Findley of Lindsay; a brother, Jason Findley of Coffeeville, Kans.; six grandchildren and seven grandchildren. Burial will be in Olive Cemetery. Contributed by: Shelli Steedman

Brazeal, Fred B. – Obituary

A Lindsay man, Fred B. Brazeal, 77, died Saturday [March 22, 1975] in the Lindsay district hospital following a short illness. Mr. Brazeal was born in Missouri and came to Lindsay 38 years ago. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a commercial sprayer and engaged in other agricultural work. He was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church of Porterville. Survivors include two daughters, Erma Ryan of Lindsay and Lavern Hughes of Porterville; two brothers, Pete of Mansfield, Mo., and Iley Brazeal of Sanger; one nephew, William Dale Findley of Porterville; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. … Read more
