Biography of Frank Ewing
Frank Ewing began the study of law with R. W. P. Muse, of Zanesville, Ohio, in 1856, and was admitted to the bar in 1859 by the Supreme Court of Ohio; From 1846 to 1867 he was a successful farmer in that State, and during the last nine years of his residence there held the office of justice of the peace. In 1867 he removed with his wife and two sons to Daviess county, Missouri, and located in Gallatin, where he engaged for two years in mercantile pursuits.
