Eagle Valley, Baker County, Oregon Ella Muriel Beale, 91, of Richland, died May 6, 2006, at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center. Her graveside funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Eagle Valley Cemetery in Richland. Pastor Ray Wilson of the New Bridge Church of The Nazarene will officiate.
