George Law received news of the death of his father, Oscar Law at Lincoln, Nebr. Saturday and left for that place Sunday. The old gentleman was 78 years old and a veteran of the civil war. Both he and his wife made the trip out last summer to the G.A.R. reunion at Portland and visited their son and family here at that time.
