Margaret Marshall, 93, affectionately called “Grandma Margaret,” died Aug. 17, 2003, at her daughter’s home in Richland. A celebration of her life and family gathering will be scheduled later. Margaret Nora Marshall was born on Sept. 11, 1909, to Edward and Nora Heath Allen at Bethel, Wis. She was raised most of her life at Park Falls, Wis. Margaret moved to Oregon in 1970.
