Baker City, Oregon Herbert R. Fenner, 100, of Baker City and a former Richland resident, died March 2, 2002, at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center. At his request, disposition was by cremation. Interment will be later in Wisconsin. Mr. Fenner was born on Aug. 30, 1901, in Wisconsin to Frank and Mary Fenner. He worked as a salesman in heavy equipment and lived in various locations.
