Yesterday morning Mrs. Fanny E. Motteler, wife of D. B. Motteler of the Colockum, died of pneumonia following influenza [December 4, 1918].
Mrs. Motteler was 36 years of age and she leaves her husband, D. B. Motteler, and three children, all of whom are ill with influenza.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Ingersoll of the Colockum and has resided here for many years, being well known and highly respected by the entire community.
The remains are being cared for by the Hall & Templeton Undertaking Parlors, and announcement of the funeral will be made later. [Interment in Wenatchee Cemetery]
