Sent to Field Hospital No. 8, Base No. 149, Alleray No. 119. Arrived in USA from St. Nazaire, France, Jan. 30, 1919, at New York, N. Y., through Grand Central Hospital. Transferred to Camp Greene, N.C. Transferred to Camp Wadsworth. Mustered out at Camp Jackson May 12, 1919.
