Donald A. Mooney, 81, of Meridian, Idaho, and formerly of La Grande, died Feb. 20 at a local care home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Mountain Standard Time Friday at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, Meridian. A Rosary will be read at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Holy Apostles Catholic Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Accent Funeral Home, Meridian.
