Arthur Delbert Rose, 87, died Friday, Sept 30, 1994, at the Grande Ronde Retirement Residence, La Grande, after an extended illness. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Enterprise Cemetery with the Rev. Ed Morrison officiating. Bollman Funeral Home of Enterprise is in charge of the arrangements. Enterprise, Wallowa County, Oregon Belle Rose, 73, died at Milton-Freewater Sunday Belle Rose was born June 6, 1913, in Wallowa County, to Willard B. and Grace (Feagins) Heskett. On May 10, 1932, she married Arthur Rose in Enterprise. She was a homemaker and a member of the Enterprise Community Church and Emerald Rebeckah Lodge. Survivors include her husband Arthur in Enterprise; daughter, Arthene Sigsbee of Milton-Freewater; brother, William Heskett of Portland; sister, Olive Wart of Milton-Freewater; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Former Wallowa resident Juanita Maxine Rose died Feb. 21, 1988 in Sacramento, Calif. following hip surgery and secondary infections. She was born July 21, 1912 in McGraws, W.V. to Louis Marshall and Elizabeth A. (Cook) McGraw. The family moved to Wallowa County where she attended and graduated from Wallowa High School. She later graduated from Multnomah Hospital School for Nurses (University Hospital) in Portland. She worked as a nurse for 50 years.
