Montana Pioneers Society

This database contains information relating to the Society of Montana Pioneers. Included in this work are the Society's constitution; a listing of officers of the state society, the county societies, and the society of sons and daughters; and a listing of the Society's members, arranged by county and including a short paragraph of biographical information and portraits. The Society of Pioneers of Montana is primarily comprised of those individuals who came to Montana as early as 1864 (however, there may be some individuals who arrived prior to that time). Therefore, this database would be primarily useful to researchers whose ancestors were among the early settlers of Montana.
