Salt Lake County, Index to Probate Case Files, 1852-81

This database is an index to probate case files for Salt Lake County, the Third District Court, from 1852-81. Most probate cases that are included in this index involve either settling the estate of a deceased person or the guardianship of minors and the inept. However, adoption files may also be found in this index. Information provided in this index includes the name of the party involved in the case, the case number, the date of the case, and the case type.
